Quantum heat recovery unit

Buttons in bathroom and on controller have quit working. Fan motor is spinning freely from furnace suction. I have tested the motor and it has continuity. Want to test the capacitor but it looks like a relay with both brown wires.
Has AE 370-50
5.0 uF-j
370 VAC
60/50 70deg C
FC Z 06/07
Is this the capacitor and how do I test it?

Thats the capacitor. Need either a capacitor tester, or a multimeter that has the ability to test capacitors.
