A tee which is fed from home water supply and into the zone valves has a crack.

There's just enough space between the tees and the other connections to fit a hacksaw blade so there's no room to cut n glue a new tee.

Was thinking of using fiberglass resin repair tape but wasn't sure if it will hold.

Advice?

You cannot repair it from the surface. I fear you are going to have to rebuild the entire "manifold" assembly. The good news is this will not be outrageously expensive.

I think sdsester is right. You should not try and invite any new damages.
The better way is if it is not much costly then you should go for new assemble.
