Yes I'm pretty sure that's how they're wired, is there spring wound ones that have a stay on option, and are there ones that are push button, probably are all knows you turn right?

Those timers in link are not going to work. The push button type are electronic and require a neutral. If you only have a switch leg and no neutral then you will have to use a spring wound type. Intermatic is probably the best one to use. They have different types that are different run times. The Depot/Lowes around my area recently stopped carrying the Intermatic type so I have been getting them at the electrical supply houses.

That's what I figured, was wondering if there was any that looked like that but didn't have the led s on them or that were just push button that would work, probably not though
