to start off all the trees are without leaves and i figured now is the time to settle them...they are fruit trees and have been cut before but the top is just fully covered with branches and dead buds everywhere



i will post pictures but in the meantime could someone direct me towards a site or pictures or ideas on what to keep in mind when pruning? i know a little but but no where near expert



i wanted to learn what the key steps are and how to find out when and where to cut the trees...what you can and cant do when cutting the branches and what looks best!

i will try that next week when i take trip down to the local garden shop



anyone know of any sites to read up on what type of trees need pruning a certain way or are they all one style? just want to atleast know what im looking for before going at it as i might see something else and need help answering
