I can't even begin to list the "to do" list. The highest priority is the plaster repair and painting. It appears that this site has lots of great advice and support.....we need it.

We just finished removing a 10 year old honey bee hive from one of the chimneys....what a mess! But they are gone, for now.

I feel for you! I just purchased an older home too and have quite the list too (though I posted some of mine ).

Bees in the chimney...hmmm, I'd have smoked them out and stolen their honey (isn't that how the bee handlers do it?).

Nice to have done, any pictures..I'd like to see what that monster looked like.
