Simple squared home with minimal window and door openings? No cathedral ceilings? 2500sf is the floorplan but what is the sf of the walls? Skylights?

Too many variables you help you realistically.

Labor might cost you $50 per hour per person at least depending on who you hire.. Your name is Jose and you can't hang drywall yourself? hahahahaha....

That's not very nice.

A good Drywall crew will come in there and make any where from $40 to $70 per man hour and be worth every penny. Of course there are only so many "good" Drywallers.

Anyways what they make per hour doesn't matter, you'll be paying them on a contract basis. This is the last place you should be asking. You should just find three or four quotes from guys who will actually be doing the jobs. Go with your gut. Lowest is not always best.

Prices vary widely from area to area. Degree of difficulty comes into play (vaults, tray ceilings, etc.). Get a couple of estimates. You might want to try asking on The Drywall Forum rather than DIY.....
