I just changed the faucet in one bathroom...I did not shut off our mains, just the inlet valves under the sink. They were off for several hours.

The new faucet is in, nothing is leaking, and the inlets are turned back on. But we have lost water pressure throughout the house. Just a trickle upstairs, and the toilet tanks (up and down) won't refill.

What's going on?

Hot, Cold or both have no flow?
If you shut off the same valvas that you shut for the repair do you get water pressure?

Did some one turn off the power to the well pump?

It eventually came back (~3 hours to get back to normal). Of course, as the pressure came back, the faucet I installed under low pressure sprung a leak and flooded our bathroom while we slept. I shut down the valves and the the pressure has remained normal today. Our city water is occasionally wonky, maybe it was a coincidence. At any rate, unlucky, as I would have left those outlets off overnight if I had known they weren't the problem!

Now I need tips on drying drywall so it doesn't mildew/mold...

Between the hot water tap and hose--teflon taped it but I guess not tight enough.
