Hi everyone I want to make power bank for my laptop. I am looking for module which can charge a battery which supports PD 3.0. I need also module to charge my devices from that power bank which supports also PD 3.0.
Please can somebody give me some links for those modules for example to AliExpress?
I was looking for it very long but I can't find it.

You seem to be asking several questions at once in a not very clear manner.

A "Battery Pack" as an auxiliary supply to recharge any device is one thing.
If there is time available, it does not matter how long it takes to charge such a "pack".
What may be important is how quickly it can recharge another "current hungry" device.

Your wish to derive the equipment from a source such as AliExpress is interesting, given the current climate.

A Power Supply with an incorrect output voltage is NOT an unknown event -and it has happened to me.
