Posts for new driveway gate

Hi everyone, im having a new driveway put in soon and im going to take advantage of it being torn up to set some new posts for a more contemporary driveway gate. Can anyway recommend what size square tubing I should get? Im probably going to keep it split down the middle with a door knob on one side.
