I am planning a garage addition and considering building a post frame as I have read quite a few articles stating the cost is less than stick built.
I can see where the construction process could be less costly, however in order to dry wall the interior, it looks like the only practical way would be to frame up a wall.
That looks to me adding an interior framed wall would drive the cost up over a stick built building as essentially a stick built frame is added to the post system.
Anyone have any thoughts.
Thanks
