are there stains for porcelain tile
That's also one of the reasons it's called porcelain to begin with - by definition, porcelain tile is ceramic tile that is very low in porosity. In other words, liquid (like water or stain) can't soak into it. If it could, it wouldn't be called porcelain. There are stains you can apply to the grout, but one of the reasons porcelain tile is so popular is that it doesn't stain.
