And it's non poris and super hard.
Only way to change the color and have it hold up is to remove and replace with the color you want.

There are stains you can apply to the grout, but one of the reasons porcelain tile is so popular is that it doesn't stain.
That's also one of the reasons it's called porcelain to begin with - by definition, porcelain tile is ceramic tile that is very low in porosity. In other words, liquid (like water or stain) can't soak into it. If it could, it wouldn't be called porcelain.
