See pic. We are going to get out floors sanded and polyed. My wife want them darker but I told her I think the only way to have that dark look she likes it to install new floors(don't have the $$ for that now). Is there any other way to darken the wood when they sand/poly? Thank you!!

Hey Joe your all over here.just like me. As you can see we are going to be renovating our home shortly...I really thank you for all the helpful advice.

So I guess obviously a flooring guy/company could or should be able to do this??

I agree but I thought there might just be some guys out there who sand and ploy only and don't get involved in staining. And actually I'm sure there are.....
