what can i do to fix poly on painted kitchen cabinets yellowing?

Did you use latex paint or oil? Did you use a WB poly or oil? Why did you feel the need to poly the painted cabinets? There is stays clear by BM and Olympic has a non yellowing poly but in your case you already used it and it is yellowing correct?
