I just installed a window AC and there's no outlet close. How ever there is a light switch close by. Can I pull the power from that switch and install a plugin?

Maybe. If there is one set of wires in there where the black and white both go to the switch the answer is no.

I agree with Justin and Neal. 99% of switches will not have neutrals, so you won't be able to "pull" power from there. Not sure how you planned on doing it anyway, but make sure there is a neutral there. You will most likely need a 20 amp circuit dedicated if it is a large AC

It will probably be best to run a circuit for the AC separate from all others.
