We are using a DIY Epoxy injection kit to seal cracks in the crawlspace. You are supposed to surface seal the OUTSIDE of the crack as well as the INSIDE, but there is not access to the outside of the crack due to a deck & garage. Will the repair still work, or what should we do? Thank you to anyone who can help!

The repair will not work on the inside. I would dig a drain tile line around the water affected wall, and drain it away from said area. That would stop any sub-soil water from lateral capillary action but not sub-terrain water(spring). Be safe, G

If it's a poured concrete wall and the crack injection is properly done, it can be successful. Under the circumstances, you don't have many options. Be sure that the injection ports are spaced closely and that they are run the full length of the crack. If the crack is injected only at the low point where it appears to be leaking, the water level could rise and just come in higher. I've seen it happen.

Generally speaking if the manufacturer instructions call for sealing from both sided that is what you should do. If you don't you are probably just wasting your time and money. That is the way the product was engineered to work so that is how it should be applied.
