I would check that the pressure switch is functional. You can do this by turning the supply switch/breaker off and on and listen for the pressure switch click.Hi,
I have searched the website as best as I could and found several similar situations that were helpful, but none that were having the same issue that we are.
I have a submersible well and we have no water at all.
I also checked the water tank (pressure tank ) and it has no water, and no air pressure (showing 0) but has power. Is this a simple, bad water tank issue? or could it be something else? We have never had any issue with our well, so I am very green on the subject but we are pretty handy.
Beforehand, I would like to say that any help is sincerely appreciated and I am trying to fix this ourselves, because of our financial situation.
Again,
Thank you,
Stephanie
