Good morning!
I wonder if you all would have some insight I might be wrong and how to fix it. For a long time now, I'm talking years, we've had a problem of excess water dripping inside the refrigerator and pooling up in the bottom, every once in awhile it leaks out onto the floor. It's a basic Frigidaire refrigerator with no ice maker. On inspection it looks like it's leaking out of the top part right below the freezer. This morning I unplugged the refrigerator and unscrewed the four screws to remove that piece, expecting to find it full of ice and clogged, but it looks fine. I put my finger in the drain in the back and I don't feel any water backing up. I would love some advice on what might be causing the drip.

Hi,is the other end of that drain line clear? Is it a constant drip? I suspect it’s only during the defrost cycle.
