I'm having trouble replacing a capacitor on my ac unit - I (stupidly) didn't take a picture before removing the old one 😔

The wiring in this picture is incorrect...
Thanks in advance!

Good luck with that spaghetti mess. :surprise::biggrin2:

Your best bet is to look up the make and model of the unit on the internet and get a copy of the installation manual.
.
.
There should be a wiring diagram on the back of the panel.

Or yeah Google "brand model number manual" and manualslib should have it.
Wiring schematic will be on the back of the door. Follow it and you’ll be able to tell what wire goes where.
The capacitor is marked with H C F terminals.
Hopefully you got the correct capacitor, and that was the issue with whatever problem your trying to fix.
