After drywall'ing and taping my seams I primed and painted (tinted primer and deep blue paint).. But after a day of drying, I can still see the lines where I plastered.. Please tell me more coats of paint will cover this.. So far I did 3 coats over the "infected" area.

Myron Ferguson, in his book "Drywall", calls this problem "photographing."

Hard to say from here
(can't see what's up really)
Could be your repairs weren't properly sanded/smoothed and primed
Could be your paint or tools or technique ain't up to snuff

Deep blues are tough...and could easily need 3 coats for a good paint (even if quality products, tools, and application techniques are used)
5-7 or more for a mediocre or poor paint (especially if inferior application tools and/or techniques are used) wouldn't be out of line

More specific information is needed to zero in on your issue
