Hey guys, I have a pipe over another pipe fitted with its end caps with a 3/4" bored in both ends of the caps to hold it in place overlaying the 3/4" inner pipe. My question is, how do I stop it from spinning?

I think I figured it out, putting a pin or bolt right through the assembly
