Have a weak pilot flame , tried adjusting the pilot pressure screw with no change. Blue flame but its just barely touching the thermo and it eventually goes out.

Gas valve was replaced around 3 years ago with little use. Honeywell VR 8200A on a Reznor shop furnace.

Replaced pilot tube and Thermo today .....there is gas coming out of the pilot port of course .

What would you look at next ?? Inlet pressure? if the pilot pressure wont change ?

Did you check the pilot orifice?

Having it plugged will cause the symptoms you've listed.

After the gas valve was replaced, were the inlet and manifold pressure checked with the burners operating?
