I have a vinyl picture window that accumulate water on bottom part with heavy rain and overflows to wood floor frequently.
I founf the weep holes on the outside and have cleaned well.
But i don't see any way the inside water on bottom part to drain out to outer weep holes.
Can I just drill a few holes on bottom and hope it will drain out ?
I don't know if there is space under and not drqin into wood frame, or maybe use hot nail hole ?
Please help w suggestioon on preventing wood floor ruin

Since you mention weep holes, your picture window may have tracks. Water is filling the track and overflowing into the house. Thin wire, poke it through the holes and cleaning them, may help. Drilling extra holes can help.
Search for vinyl window parts, window installation, window flashing, how to frame windows. Learn the parts. Try to guess what yours is like. Water can leak under the window/frame/jamb/tracks over the sill.
