I went from copper to Pex this year in a home we bought a couple of years ago. I have been a tried and true copper user for years. With that being said I needed to re plumb our entire home, low PH had taken it`s toll on our 27 year old plumbing. With the price of copper and the ease/Price of Pex systems I went with Pex in this particular application. I was amazed at how quick this was as apposed to copper. Clean is what comes to mind. But now I am reading some literature about Pex having failures with their product ( Fittings ) . So my question here is this. Should I now be worried about my choice with the Pex Plumbing system? My PH problem has been fixed with a Neutralizer/conditioner filtration system.

You used a specific system. Why don't you mention the one you used instead of asking about general pex issues?
Zurn has had issues in the past. If you do a simple search using your brand name you will get a few thousand hits to see if yours is mentioned.
This might have been a good idea to do before you did the job so you could avoid problematic companies.
