Perimeter Adjustment
I have perimeter adjustment answer (book given), but I don't understand how they got that. I have been trying to figure this out, but have not been successful.
Perimeter Adjustment: 0.35
The listing most closely approximating the proposed building of 55,000 SF is a 58,000 SF building.
The perimeter for one side is 584' (22' more thant the published model of 562').
(side Length 200' width 92')
Perimeter Adj. Add or Deduct (per 100 L.F.) is 1.55
If I'm missing any more information to determine the 0.35 please let me know.
