We have 2 Peerless SC-06 boilers with 3.5 gph nozzles
They were not installed per Peerless, Color of Steam, pg. 15.
individual headers not 24" above water level, no risers, no dropped combined header, no f/t traps on equalizers, no f/t trap off steam combined header
Before steam trap problems are addressed, we want the near boiler piping corrected.
Would appreciate guidance on sizing a "dropped combined Header" and any suggestions for improving steam/water separation.:thumbsup:
