After, remove the hinge pins, remove the door, remove all the hardware.
If the doors getting painted lay it flat on saw horses.
I'm going to catch some flack but for me I find it fastest to use a foam 6" foam hot dog roller then back brush it with a 2-1/2" quality brush. The roller gets the paint on the trim faster.
I also use it when painting the door. I use a brush to first do all the low spots and fancy areas then roll the flat areas making sure to also go back over it with the brush where some extra paint may have ran into the low areas.

No flack from me.

I like the foam rollers. They lay down a nice coat.
