I think i messed up big time! I am painting my wood panel, I asked the paint person do i need to sand and he told me no you only have to prime it. So I primed my kitched and bathroom. No i hear your supose to de gloss it. What should I do just paint over it, strip it, sand it? Please someone help!

whats done is done. see how it holds up. I think you will be fine.

With a similar issue, I was told to use OIL based primer then paint with Latex.

when you paint over paneling the grooves bleed through latex 90% of the time. its a good idea to prime with oil.

so should i paint over the primer or sand the primer off??

you can go ahead and paint over the primer. If it was latex (water based) and not oil based primer it could possible flake or chip. If you used water based primer, i'd put a coat of oil based primer on it then paint.
