I have a textured ceiling and I'm deciding what is the fastest and cheapest way to paint it over. Should I repaint with textured paint again or use ceiling tiles over it or something else?
And how easy is it to paint over a textured ceiling?

It depends....on the texture and how it was originally applied
(in other words...can't say from here)

If it was a properly applied coating, then the easiest way by far is to simply re-coat it

If there are other issues, then you'll have to inform us of them
