Hi
I live in a Victorian terraced house and am doing some work on the external wall above the windows and need some advice please.
Above the windows is a rectangular piece of cement that was painted but peeling so I have stripped the paint off and now need to know the best way to seal this exposed wall and what type of paint to use on top.
Many thanks.

Masonry paint is the way to go. It is designed to fill the pores and lock right in.
