Has anyone heard about Kem Aqua + from SW?
Somebody reviewing a Wagner sprayer said it was - after many trials with other paints - the best one to use in a sprayer.

Dont use a wagner with it!.... Ive never used it actually, but Ive heard its a real learning curve, even for professional painters. I heard is mainly for HVLP use, and not airless.

Yeah, real paint + cheap Wagne sprayer = recipe for disaster. I use SW's ProClassic and Emerald Urethane. Even with a brush and roller you can lay on a nice, glass-like finish. No, it's not quite as nice as a sprayed on finish, but close.

Once the paintstores open back up, go into an SW store and talk to someone there, maybe even a pro who sprays a lot. They will give you info and instruction.

I got to use some emerald urethane in a 4B black the other day. Very low sheen almost an eggshell and stayed tacky even a week later.

For cabinets, I've been using gloss Alkyd acrylic with good results.

Oil base paints apply nicely and wear great but whites and lights will yellow over time.
