I recently used a porc-a-fix to repair a few chips in my tub. The tub is now even but the patches are a different color. Is there a spray paint or type of paint/marker pen that can touch up the patched areas before I gloss it?

Just not going to happen.
This has been discussed at great length before in the painting area on this and any DIY site.
What's the tub made of?
What do you plan on "glossing" it with?
What a long term fix and have it look like new then you really need a pro refinisher to come in for this one.
