Paint for a bathroom

SMALL BATHROOM:
1. should I use semi gloss rather than satin or eggshell paint?
2. is kilz 2 ok for primer, or should I get something better?
3. should I add an anti mildew package to the wall and clg. paint?
There is a 16"x24" clear open window and a motorized vent in the bathroom. The room is 7'x'7' with a 3'x3' shower inside that dim.

We're only home owners but have painted at least a dozen or more bathrooms...I woulodnt use an eggshell or satin in any area that has steam, use at least a semi gloss...thats what we were always taught.

The professionals might have better suggestions, but we have never had any issues using that.
