I replaced my old wood deck with pavers and was left with gaps around my pergola posts.
Two posts have smaller gaps in photo
Before I pour paver setting sand I’m thinking either cutting redwood pieces to fill, or maybe better just pour concrete....thoughts?
On one more I stupidly poured my pergola concrete too high and left with bigger gap. Thinking to do a raised redwood platform around the post matching the gap size, or pouring cement again maybe trying to add some color...will concrete on top of old concrete last, or crack....thoughts?
Thanks much, Mark in San Jose
