i need help i bought a older trailer in a trailer park and one room has a soft floor in spots and i dont know if i can lay 1/4 osb over it and be ok any help ?:confused1::confused1:

You could but it will do 0 good.
Which room is it the bathroom?
Lots of mobile homes used nothing but partical board on the floors.
Gets wet one time and it turns to oat meal.
To fix it you would have to cut it out and replace with a new subfloor.

It's n the bed room where the hot water heater is and the spot is maybe 2'x1' and idk if there r more so was thinking about overe laying whole floor

It is soft because it was wet at one time and now id rotten. I will repeat what Joe said.

Cut out the bad spots and repair them first, then you can overlay. 1/4" over a weak spot wont give you any support anyway.

What on there for flooring now, and what's the plans for the new flooring?
