Good afternoon. I need assistance with completing an outside outlet. Please advise.

Pigtail the black, pigtail the white. Attach these to a GFCI outlet provided that you don't have a GFCI breaker or its not protected upstream from the outlet.The connections should be made to the LINE side of the outlet. There should be a ground buried in there some where that will need to be attached to the GFCI outlet as well.
