I was not sure where to post this. please move to best section.
I am looking a for cleaner that I can put in a 2 to 5 gal sprayer. I use a Powe washer to wash off cleaner I would using the cleaner concrete, wooden deck, painted metal railings.
I know there are certain cleaners for certain things. just looking for the best cleaner for multiple uses.

Dwell time, surfactant, temperature, age of the bleach, overspray... all kinds of weird things that you have to watch.

Google "softwash mix". You'll find plenty of info on mixing ratios for cleaning different surfaces.
