Here are pictures of what we have been putting up with for the last two months.....

June 5th after water logging the area and caulking where suspected opening is.....

When _____ comes back tomorrow, he said that if does not solve the leak, he will have to open all around the window.

Good....let's get to the bottom of this....

We can not open the "Florida Room" until the leak is fixed.

It is such a nice peaceful room.

How about some “stand back” pictures from the outside.

That last picture shows a water leak scenario over years, not 2 months.
What do you mean by "the last two months"?
Did you just move in?
Were the windows installed 2 months ago?
What's changed that all of a sudden the windows are leaking?
Who's coming back tomorrow and what's their relationship to the leak?
The post lacks pertinent information.

We have been here for 17 years.

We had a hard rain storm come in from the southeast.
And I mean a hard rain.....
The day afterward was when I felt the carpet being wet.
The windows have been on the house since we purchased it, but the siding is only 7 years old.
There was visible signs of water infiltration at that time.
The contractor informed me of what he found. I naturally said fix it !

But....fix did not work....

Where are the windows weep holes?

Looks like they buried them with trim on the big window and caulked over the others.

No way for the windows to drain is a leak for sure.

Take a hose to the wall to find your leak. Should be easy especially since you have it all opened up. Not sure why your contractor can’t figure it out.
