I am using OSB sheets for the inside walls and ceiling in my shop. When the pieces of the wall and the pieces of the ceiling meet, should the ceiling sit on top of the wall or should the ceiling run into the the top of the wall?

The ceiling should be run first. The reason is that if the ceiling ever droops, the edge will still be supported by the walls.
