I just removed an old school vanity light. Light bars on the left, top, and right. It looks like the main power lead is come to the left light. Ideally I would want just one junction on the top. Suggestions or creative ways to make this an easy fix?

I would remove the drywall and rewire. Unless you're okay with leaving the left and right junction boxes in place with blank plates over them.
