I need to attach this notice board to drywall what's the best way to do it?

I thought of putting in some I hooks like I screwed on top but I also noticed that original board had a kind of attachment that I have sent in the picture the first picture can someone tell me where to find the kind of a flat thin metal fastener?

Is it nailed to the board, idk since it spins freely.

Thx... kris

Mark out your studs, predrill and wood screw it right through the wood frame of the notice board into the stud, top and bottom use small washers for added support. That's the way I hung mine at work. 2 on top 2 on bottom. It's not going anywhere. Just a suggestion.

Your way will work fine to. I just don't trust those little tabs they come with. But that's just me.

I would use hollow wall expanding anchors (Molly bolts) or the auger/screw in style anchors. Both allow you to remove the mounting screws while leaving the anchor in the wall, and hold a substantial amount of weight (more than a notice board, that's for sure). Personally I would just drill a couple holes in the frame for the screws to go through to mount it.
