No hot water

Is anything coming out when you open the faucet?
Look on top of the tank to see if they hooked it up backwards. (cold into the hot side)
Did they turn the heater back on?

I see that you are new here...welcome. But do you really think that the information you gave is enough for anyone to give you an answer? Or are you just coming here to make a statement?
Is it electric? Maybe they turned on power without filling the entire tank and burned out one (or both) of the elements.
perhaps he has figured a solution to his problem...
