This problem has appeared and disappeared in the past. It will not go into high speed spin and the clothes are coming out very damp. I'v checked the pump filter and it was clean and the cabinet is level. It spins, stops redistributes respins four times then ends the spin cycle.

Any help that can save me a service call is appreciated.

Trying to upload a video to help describe the problem. Hope it works. If not, basically it just won't transition into high speed spin. It tries 4 times then times out. It's like every load is out of balance, it even happens when it's empty.

Try to check if the drain hose is bent, and check the pump and drain hose for any blockages that may restrict water flow.

Cool is correct, it's probably not draining completely. Reset the timer back to the drain position and let it do a second shot at draining. That'll eliminate the possible of an incomplete draining due to some drain line or filter issue.

If that doesn't help, pop the top open and check to see that all the tub springs are still connected. If one is broken or has come loose, it can cause that problem.

It can also be caused by a flaky lid switch since any loss of continuity of the lid switch circuit puts the brakes on.
