ok, was washing clothes and fuse blew, turned back on the fuse and everything came back on but the furnance.... any sugguestions

Fuse where? Circuit breaker? fuse in the furnace? if a circuit breaker tripped on the furnace due to you washing clothes than you may need an electrician to separate the line circuits if they're being shared.

fuse box, i know its semi working or trying to because its humming but thats all

may have blown 2 fuses...check them again....furnace may have caused fuse to blow same time washer running..either way..could be burnt out motor in one of the units... so after you replace all defective fuses they may blow again..leave washer off make sure all fuses good and try furnace again.somewhere to start...

i did, i checked all fuses, everything is working but the furnace

You better call a pro on this one. You may have over load fuse box and maybe some wiring problems. This is not worth doing something totally wrong and start a fire.

Do you actually have fuses that screw in and are the size of standard light bulb bases, or are you calling your circuit breakers fuses?

Other poster is right about circuits, the furnace should be on a seperate home run.
