Hello all. Just joined to day. I'm a new house owner and very ambitious about DIY projects. Sometimes overly so. I figured it would be a good idea to join and ask some questions. I'm currently building a 20' diameter paver patio with a fire pit. Never done anything like this. Got my delivery of material and I order 3 tons of the wrong base so I'm kinda stuck. The place I bought from told me I could use 3/4" rock when it showed up it was clean and not the 3/4" minus or road bed that I should be using. Of course I didn't realize this until I had it all spread out in my 20' circle so now I'm in a scramble to figure out how to make it work…
