New to the forum... thats about all i got for right now... basics about myself: i am 26 i woek in the finance world but have been told by many that i need to switch carrers and go into contruction or capentry... (which i do on the side for some extra cash.) I have basically gutted my house and re-built... new bathrooms, kitchen, refininshed basement, 33x16 deck, retaining walls, HVAC, plumbing, electric through out the whole house, upgraded from 150 to 200 amp, built all my cabinets for the kitchen and vanities for my bathrooms, dressers, night stands, book shelfs... etc... all from books, forums, and some trial and error...
