I am installing new construction windows into my 47year old home. The homes exterior consists of a rough broken glass rock stucco that was coverd with elastomaric 14 +years ago. I want to cut the stucco out around the window, remove old window, install new and frame new window with wood, butting up against the stucco. My conscern is making it water tight . Any one out there done anything like this?

4" cutting wheel, or a Oscillating cutter will do the job.
