Not sure that they make a gas powered 1200 psi pressure washer but I recently purchased a 3400 psi Dewalt pressure washer and so far we love it, only done about a dozen jobs with it but it runs great and Dewalt has always had some quality tools. I did however find a Dewalt 1200 psi electric pressure washer and attached a pic........not sure your price range but always keep in mind you get what you pay for good tools = great jobs and long jevity. I attached pic of gas powered 3400 psi washer as well. Happy hunting!

When I looked at the pressure washer selection at the local home center ... I found pressure washers that were either too 'big' or too 'small.' I found the 'perfect' pressure washer at Sherwin-Williams.

I wanted the tool for removing badly blistered / flaked paint, prior to starting over. This task calls for more than what you need for cleaning. Too much pressure, though, and you risk damage to the surface.

Sherwin-Williams offers the Job Pro 2703, a custom model for S-W, by M-T-M. It has both the pressure and the volume you need.

Simpson is the best IMO.

Whatever you do, avoid the cheap Troy-Builts from Lowe's. Lots of plastic parts in the pump that fail prematurely. A good PW with the PSI you seek will be at least $700 and up. Anything below $500 falls into the "throwaway after 2 years" category.
