I am a new member needing assistance. Just purchased a new coop that needs work. The painter I hired said that you cannot paint egg shell finish color on walls when there is egg shell paint already on the walls. He said it would cause blistering. He suggested using flat enamel paint. I am not a expert on painting and need assistance on what paint can be used.
