Good day to all- I’ve been referencing this web site for a few years and decided to join so that I could hopefully contribute to the discussions. I’m a commercial pilot living in Sedalia, Colorado.

My wife and I had a house built on six acres a little over two years ago. The basement is mostly unfinished and I have been slowly completing the living area, kitchen and bathroom.

Many thanks to all for the posted topics and mostly to the experienced DIY’ers and Trades pro’s for your contributions!
