Hello I just became a property owner with a house that has been foreclosed on. I'm looking for ideas to upgrade and update. Its a 985sqft bungalow that needs to be opened up. It has one bathroom and three rooms. Two down stairs(average size) and one upstairs. I'm thinking about an addition to the back of the house from the upstairs to main floor. What do you think? I was thinking about a dormer to enlarging all rooms on the back end ( kitchen, dining room, and bed room). Can this be done withing the price range up to 35,000?
